When you dress up, do you prefer skirts or pants?

I honestly couldn’t say which look I prefer between these two because I seriously love them both! I do however hate being cold ❄️… so I guess if it’s winter… I think I’d choose pants more often. But if it was nice outside, I’m probably more likely to go with a skirt! Although, with a pleated skirt like this one, it’d be so easy to pair with boots and wear even when it’s chilly outside.
