Any other moms out there tired of electronics when it comes to their kids?!?
I wish there was a way to get our preteen girls thinking and writing in an authentic way… without electronics!
Oh wait, I’ve got solutions for you!
We have bought all three of these books and would highly recommend them!
In fact, they could all most likely be used for girls in any age group.
For younger age groups, you might have to read the questions to the child and if not able to write yet, you can write the answers down. We have a younger daughter, and we bought her one of the Q&A Journals and it’s the cutest thing reading through the answers that we wrote down for her from when she was four and five years old!
This journal has a prompt for every day of the year.
Not only that, but the prompt is repeated three times on that page so you can answer the prompt from three different years!
From silly questions that might have your child giggling… to more serious questions that will require more thought from your child…Β
Over the years, you can see how your child’s answers change and evolve!
Such a great time capsule!
This book is packed with writing prompts that get your child thinking…
…And then on the opposite page, the mother writes her answers to the same or to a similar question!
Such a fabulous way for the mother and the daughter to get to know each other on such a deeper level!
We love that this journal also has lots of “free space” pages which lends itself to creativity for my daughter and I to make our own pages.
This is most likely the coolest journal you will ever see!
With LOADS of ways for your child to be creative, it is filled not only with questions that will get your child thinking on a deeper level, but will also give challenges to do with the actual pages of the book!
Fun, fun, fun!!!!!
If you’re wanting your child to use their mind more often, these books are perfect!
If you’re wanting your child to be more creative, these books are perfect!
If you’re wanting to get to know your child on a deeper level, these books are perfect!
Did I leave any good ones off the list?? Comment below with any other journals that you might’ve found that are too good to resist!
