Cosmetics, beauty products, hair tools, face masks, nail polish… the list goes on and on! When you think of all the categories that belong in a bathroom, it sure does start to add up, doesn’t it?!?

Do you desire a bathroom where you can easily find everything you own?

Do you desire a bathroom that’s not overwhelming when it comes to organizing it all?!?

Follow these tips and I will help you get started on your journey!

1. Heating Tools

What all do you own? A curling iron, curling wand, blow dryer, straightener, waver… there are so many options!

But it’s not always easy to organize these items since they can easily burn into countertops or ruin surrounding items that they’re stored next to!

Consider a hanging system over the cabinet door, an organization system to keep on top of the countertop, or even an insert for inside a drawer.

Surge protectors can be super helpful in plugging in multiple items. And if you are able to install outlets inside drawers and cabinets in your bathroom, then that’s an incredibly smart way to hide the clutter!

Whatever system you choose, make sure these tools are stored safely as to avoid fire and heat danger!

2. Cosmetics, makeup brushes, and beauty products.

You might want jars on the countertop, you might want a tiered drawer system, or you might want to invest in a lazy susan so you can simply turn to find the right beauty products.

Putting all the same products in the same place will help you know what all inventory you have on hand! This will help you avoid buying duplicates or similar products.

Labeling drawers by part of face (lips, eyes, face, etc.) might be helpful also to stay organized!

On The Counter Organization Options:

Some people like having their most valuable products on display. For this, makes sure it’s neat and uncluttered!

Makeup brushes are easily stored in jars or clear containers.

A lazy susan works wonders in organizing hair products so that you can turn and find what you need!

Drawer Organization Options:

Separating items by category is super helpful in staying organized!

Use trays or dividers to sort out your lipsticks, eyeshadows, foundations, etc.

Large cabinet organization options

Tiered organization containers would great for large cabinets so you can maximize the height of your cabinet and store more items within sight!

Consider organization systems that have roll-out trays or drawers that can easily be labeled.

3. Some other organization tidbits…

Get in the habit of putting everything back when you’re done using it.

Yes, this is definitely easier said than done – ha! But I’m telling you… once you do it for 21 days, it’s supposed to become a habit. So why not at least try?!?

A cleaner space will be so enjoyable.

Everything needs a home.

Beauty products?

Hair tools?

Everything needs its own distinct home. If not, you’ll never be able to keep it organized.

So be intentional about where you’re going to place everything, and label if necessary!

Decluttering is the key to happiness!

Why own five of those items… when you really only like to use your one favorite? Time to declutter!

Use it as a reason to gift things to other people. Bless them with your unused beauty products!

If you try something and you find that you don’t like it, get it out of there immediately! There is NO reason to continue hoarding it!

I’m telling you… once you see your space with only your favorite things in it, it’s pure happiness. So get rid of all of your unnecessary items!
