I am super excited to share with you about this amazing product from Golden Star Beauty!
Let me start off by saying that the only self-tanner I’ve ever used was back in high school and it was some kind of drugstore bronzer. It always made me feel sticky, it was stinky, and I very quickly stopped using it. You guys… this product is NOTHING like that one!!!
Complete honesty first… I was super hesitant to use this product. I literally got nervous every time I passed it on my bathroom counter. I kept procrastinating and procrastinating because there was this fear that I was going to end up looking like an orange Oompa Loompa! 😱🤣
But then I remembered that we’re quarantined so even if I am bright orange, it’s not like I’m going OUT anywhere anytime soon! So I realized that this was actually the PERFECT time to try a product like this!!
The Experience:
→ First, when I squirted it onto the application glove, it was white! Wait, what?!? I thought it would be orange! Or brown! Nope. It was white and creamy and it smelt like coconuts or something tropical. The glove made for easy application!
→ I applied it before bed as the instructions recommended, and it rubbed in just like lotion. Literally. It was that easy.
→ It said that it can take anywhere from 1-3 applications for the desired color. I chose to do 2 applications before taking my after pictures. (*keep reading to see before and after pictures!)
→ The products came with easy to read step-by-step instructions and tips which made me feel very confident when applying the product.
