Oh my goodness, you just thought of someone specific didn’t you?!? You’re picturing their face right now, aren’t you?!?!? 😂😂 #nojudgementhere

Have you ever let someone have control over your happiness and peace of mind? Have you ever felt bummed or discouraged because of something someone said to you? Have you ever started to doubt yourself after you’ve had a conversation with someone?

Don’t you DARE let someone have that much control over you.

How To Protect Your Happiness and Peace of Mind:

→ Surround yourself with people who you love, who make you happy, who bring out the best in you, and who know your heart. Stupid people don’t know your heart.

→ Avoid stupid people when possible. They simply aren’t any fun to be around.

→ Each morning when you wake up, remind yourself that you’re awesome. You are more than enough. And anyone who doesn’t think so is not worth your time.

→ Pray for stupid people and send them positive thoughts. In all honesty, this is more for you than it is for them. It’s to get you in the right mindset that all people are people. Yes, some people act stupid… but sometimes those people are going through some really hard stuff, or didn’t have a good role model growing up, or never learned people skills, or are facing demons that you and I know nothing about… just pray for them and see what happens. It’ll be like a little science experiment! Hopefully, it will begin to soften your heart and protect your heart and then strengthen your heart so that you can overcome any future stupid people.

So I’ve put together a few self-affirmation exercises for you to complete so you can always have a great day!

You guys, having a positive mindset is soooo important! I truly hope this helps you!
